What’s Included in Your Quote

All quotes are tailored to your project, but generally include:

• Script preparation and review
• Recording from a broadcast-ready professional studio
• Editing, processing, and delivery of audio files
• Live-directed sessions (if required)
• Quality control to ensure a clean, professional final product
• Any corrections required due to technical issues or performance errors
• Up to two rounds of minor revisions (e.g. tonal adjustments or small script tweaks within the agreed timeframe)
• Usage and distribution of the audio as outlined in the agreed brief, invoice, or contract

• Clients are welcome to share final versions of the project once any embargo or release restrictions have passed.

What’s Not Included

• Script or tonal changes requested after recording that fall outside the original brief
• Major script rewrites (typically over 50% of the original script)

• Additional changes or pickups beyond what’s included may be billed at the standard session rate, typically in half-hour or hourly increments.

• Any usage beyond what was originally agreed (e.g. extended campaigns, new platforms, or territories)

• Payment terms are agreed per project, but unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon delivery of final files.

Usage & Licensing

Usage fees are based on where and how the audio is used, and for how long. This will be clearly outlined and agreed before recording begins.

If your usage requirements change after delivery, just get in touch and we can update the licence accordingly.

Revisions

• Two rounds of minor revisions are included within 10 days of delivery
• Additional revisions within this period may be subject to an additional fee
• Revisions requested after 10 days, or involving significant script changes, may require a new session fee
• Any fixes required due to technical errors are always free of charge

Please note, for Audiobooks, the manuscript must be finalised before recording. Any re-records due to rewritten manuscripts will incur an additional fee. Takes ages to record these!

Artificial Intelligence & Synthetic Voice Policy

The Client agrees not to use any part of Shaun’s voice, recordings, or performances for purposes outside of the agreed project scope, including but not limited to artificial intelligence, machine learning, or synthetic voice creation.

1. The Client may not use Shaun’s recordings to replicate, simulate, or create a synthetic or “digital double” of his voice or likeness.
2. The Client may not sell, transfer, or distribute Shaun’s recordings to third parties without prior knowledge and written consent.
3. The Client may not enter into agreements on Shaun’s behalf involving his voice or performance without explicit consent.
4. The Client agrees to store all audio files securely and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, including appropriate safeguards for any cloud-based storage.
